Mariela Biggio is the Executive Chef at the Westin Atlanta Gwinnett, where she leads with passion, precision, and purpose. Originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, Mariela draws deep inspiration from her Italian and Spanish roots, especially the flavors and traditions passed down from her grandparents.
A Le Cordon Bleu Culinary honors graduate with a certification in Hotel Management from Cornell University, she brings a rare blend of refined culinary artistry and strategic leadership to every kitchen she oversees. In 2022, she was honored as Manager of the Year, a testament to her commitment to excellence, innovation, and team empowerment.
Mariela has extensive experience in high-volume banquet operations, fine dining, and restaurant turnarounds. She is known for developing strong, inclusive teams, elevating food quality and presentation, and creating memorable dining experiences that reflect both discipline and creativity.
Driven, detail-oriented, and endlessly curious, Mariela believes in pushing boundaries while staying grounded in integrity and service.

Hailing from the vibrant culinary capital of Lima, Peru, Chef Diego Heredia brings a rich blend of tradition and innovation to the kitchen. A proud graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Peru, Chef Diego Heredia honed their craft at one of the most prestigious culinary institutions in Latin America, mastering both classical techniques and the bold flavors of Peruvian cuisine.
With a passion for highlighting native ingredients and a deep respect for Peru’s diverse culinary heritage, Chef Diego Heredia creates dishes that are as visually stunning as they are flavorful. Whether reimagining classic ceviche or crafting contemporary interpretations of Andean staples, their work reflects a deep commitment to both authenticity and creativity.

Rooted in hospitality, Michaela Baker is dedicated to creating bespoke events and dining experiences. A Houston native, Michaela began her career catering luxury events at Westin Atlanta Gwinnett. Now based in Atlanta, Michaela continues to exceed client expectations and curate unforgettable dining experiences at Overstory Rooftop restaurant & bar and Sweetsong kitchen & bar.
